Hosted Buyer Program

The Hosted Buyer Program offers a financed plan devoted to category managers and buyers of national and international distribution chains, aimed at nurturing the B2B meetings between exhibitors and top attendees (retailers and importers). The program aims to ensure the attendance of high-profile international trade fair professionals.

Who can participate in the Hosted Buyer Program?

To qualify for the Hosted Buyer Program, the following requirements need to be met:
  • Company activity: Supermarket chains, Wholesalers, Distributors, Importers
  • Buyer profile: Category Manager, Purchase Manager, General Manager, Brand Manager & Private Label Managers
  • You are responsible for sourcing free from, natural, vegan, plant-based, gluten-free, healthy, dairy free, sugar free, organic, and sustainable products for your business.

What are the benefits of the Hosted Buyer Program?
  • Full or partial coverage of travel and/or accommodation expenses
  • Foodie Bag upon arrival featuring products from a variety of exhibitors
  • Access to the VIP lounge - Including complementary refreshments - Including a hostess able to assist with all your requests.
  • Access to the Innovation Tours
  • Access to the Matchmaking Platform

Terms & Conditions
  • Minimum of 5 business meetings each day scheduled via our Matchmaking tool.
  • Register for and participate in 1 of the 3 Innovation Tours.
  • When qualified for coverage of travel expenses, the attendee must book the flight/train ticket in advance and send the receipt to buyerprogram@ebcexpo.com. Reimbursement will take place after Free From Food & Health Ingredients 2023.
  • When qualified for the coverage of hotel expenses, the organizers will arrange the hotel accommodation.
  • As a hosted buyer, your attendance is required. We expect you to visit the show on both days for at least 5 hours each day. Attendance will be checked and only once confirmed, reimbursement can take place. If you are no longer able to attend, please notify us via buyerprogram@ebcexpo.com and suggest a colleague to take your place.
