Our products are manufactured exclusively by hand.
We produce our fructose free sweets exclusively in manufacture work. The place of production is the production and storage facility in Gladbeck, which was inaugurated in spring 2019. All preparation processes are carried out there by us and our staff by hand. In addition to production, our products are also packaged and dispatched there.

For our fruit spreads we use high-quality fruit and use pectin for gelling. The result is an incredibly fruity taste and the fruit spreads are naturally vegan.

The eggs for our bakery products come, whenever possible, from the free range farming of the regional farm Overgünne in Bottrop-Kirchhellen. The "Ladies" have free run here at any time and are meanwhile a popular destination for families with children.

All other raw materials used are of course extensively tested before they are used for our products. If quality and taste prove to be very good, they are released and processed. The result is that our products guarantee full enjoyment because of the exquisite ingredients.

As all our products are lovingly handmade and filled manually, there may be slight deviations in the net weight. Especially with the biscuits we cannot guarantee a uniform size for the respective sorts, since each biscuit is formed individually by hand. There may also be slight variations in the taste of the fruit spreads due to seasonal and harvest factors. Such deviations do not reflect a changed recipe or poor quality, but are solely due to the weather-related properties of the harvested fruit.
