Family tradition for more than 100 years

Stuhrer Nährmittel GmbH looks back on more than 100 years of milling tradition and stands for first-class quality, trust, flexibility and maximum customer orientation.

The production of gluten-free grain foods in particular must be carried out credibly and seriously. For this reason, Stuhrer Nährmittel GmbH processes only gluten-free cereals in its mill at its site in Stuhr and completely refrains from processing cereals containing gluten, such as rye, barley, wheat or spelt.

With the help of intensive research into raw materials and finished products, high-quality gluten-free cereal flakes and other grain foods are produced from oats, buckwheat, millet, sorghum, quinoa, amaranth and teff, among others.
