We are a family owned agro industrial company committed to preserving the ancestral gastronomic knowledge of our indigenous communities. From these traditions, we create delicious, healthy, and sustainable foods. Ten years ago, we embarked on a mission to revive the consumption of amaranth in Ecuador, and as a result, we developed Amati, the world's first commercial amaranth beverage. Recently, we introduced our new line of Andean risottos made from hominy and morocho.

All of our food products are 100% natural, vegan, gluten free, and lactose free. They are crafted from ancient Andean grains and cereals such as quinoa, maize, and, of course, amaranth. All our ingredients are sourced from Ecuadorian farming communities and adhere to fair trade regulations. We offer both certified organic products and manage conventional production lines.

Currently, we export our amaranth beverages to Chile and Spain, allowing us to expand into the Italian and French markets.
