We work on different food matrices in the food sector, with the aim of transforming food towards a more innovative industry based on great tasting, high quality, and healthy food with numerous nutritional benefits.

With this philosophy in mind and in collaboration with the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC) we have developed a process that that allows new, hitherto unknown characteristics to be obtained from the egg, such as our innovative hydrolysed egg product. This is achieved by treating the egg with an enzyme that breaks the proteins into fragments, resulting in a fat-free, calorie-free, natural protein food (the only one with all nine essential amino acids) with a neutral taste and smell.

The range of products created using hydrolysed eggs enables us to offer our customers a healthy ingredient, enhancing the properties of many applicable products.
