Montserrat Chocolatier

Our main goal? Making healthy, sustainable and above all delicious chocolate products based on fair trade!

Willy's passion for chocolate encouraged him to travel to faraway countries to find the best raw materials and to get in touch with the farmers and their plantations. Based on these raw materials, he manufactures his own chocolate: artisanal, based on authentic craft. Having started with traditional chocolate products, Montserrat chocolatier is now the Belgian manufacturer specialized in making non-conventional chocolate products.

Montserrat chocolatier's roots are in Ledegem, West Flanders. Willy started in 1986 together with his sister Gilberte in the garage of their parental home. He has been the driving force behind the artisanal business from day one. In 1996, his wife Martine joined them.

Now they have been making artisan chocolate for over 30 years. Today, they are as enthusiastic as ever. Their keywords? Conviction, passion and above all a lot of enthusiasm. Willy and Martine innovate, but want to keep the family and traditional character.
