Our family business, Kvarken Birch Syrup, produces syrup from organic certified birch sap. We harvest sap from our own forests, and for the last couple of years we have perfected our method to refine it into syrup. We are situated in the region of Kvarken archipelago on the west-coast of Finland.
Birch syrup is a unique product that possesses a complex flavor. It is gluten free, lactose free and vegan and contains only natural sugars. Sap is collected in the spring during the span of one month. The production of one liter of birch syrup takes 100–140 liters of sap, which makes it a truly exclusive product
