Founded in 1846, Kentaur AG is producing in Switzerland all kind of breakfast cereals. With our traditional cooking cornflakes technology we are producing Cornflakes, Wheatflakes, Spelt flakes, Coated Flakes and Rice Crispies.
Since 1934 we are producing puffed cereals based on the raw materials rice, corn, oat, spelt, wheat, buckwheat, millet, teff, quinoa and amaranth and are also coating the puffed products.
One of the core competences is also mixing of glutenfree products, such as Pops&Flakes or glutenfree Crunchy Müesli.
For industrial applications we are producing glutenfree granulated flakes and are slicing glutenfree puffed products as an ingredient in bakeries, bars or chocolates products.
Kentaur is doing organic business since 1972 and gluten free business since 1992.
