The Free From Food Amsterdam edition 2024 will not take place in November. Instead, it has been rescheduled to Vienna, Austria, from June 17-18, 2025.

Following several editions in Amsterdam, feedback from recent Exhibitor and Visitor Surveys, along with recommendations from the Exhibition Consulting Committee Advisory Group, indicated a strong preference for the Free From Food Exhibition & Conference to resume traveling and be held in June 2025.

Consequently, the organizers have decided that the next Free From Food & Ingredients edition will be hosted in Vienna, Austria, from June 17-18, 2025.

Pre-paid entry tickets will be reimbursed.

Free From Private Label Uncovered

Private Label is a fast growing business for Allergen Free, Vegan, Organic and Natural products. More and more exhibitors at the Free From Amsterdam 2022 and Barcelona 2023 editions are offering you Private Label solutions. Find out more at the show for better PL Business!

The expanding popularity of private label in recent years has led to unprecedented market share worldwide, while private label retained its strong position throughout most markets also during the pandemic. Private label now accounts for more than 40% of all products sold in seven European countries and for more than 30% in another nine countries in Europe.

In addition, retailers are re-assessing their private label. Albert Heijn announced that it wants to grow the share of private label products, which now stands at around fifty percent. Asda introduced a price entry-level range called “Just Essentials”, comprising around 300 products. Sainsbury’s is increasing its Price Lock campaign which holds the prices of up to 2,000 own brand household and cupboard items. Rewe is expanding its popular ‘Frei Von’ brand to over 1,100 items.

Across the board, consumer surveys indicate that the global cost of living crisis appears to be beniffiting Private Label.
