Located in a small Finnish village called Virtasalmi, our family mill has over 20 years of experience in the production of gluten-free mill products and buckwheat cultivation. Our product range offers more than 30 products, all of which are free from preservatives, additives or wheat starch. With our gluten-free flours and flour mixes, you can bake sweet and savoury recipes without compromising on taste. We also offer a full range of oat, teff and buckwheat products, from flakes to flour.
