“Solid Food” produces QUINOA in Ayacucho, Peru, and sells it in Europe to retailers, food industry, foodservice, catering and wholesalers, in bulk as well as packed.

We are a vertically integrated company: we source directly from the Peruvian farmers, controlled by our sister company Solid Food Peru; Solid Food Europe is the commercial entity responsible for the sales, packing and production of derivates.
