We have three technologies in house to the production of these type of products. We are experts in dry extrusion. Some years ago we developed Legumeat®, a mix of soy protein, beans and rice.
Moreover, we have HME technology to produce meat and fish analogues. Those can be the perfect ingredients for different recipes like wraps, pasta, or salads. Sanygran also has a novel technology, Veggian (developed by Ctic-Cita), with this technology we produce vegetable mince meat, not only with meat flavor but also with fish flavor. This could be the perfect ingredient for lasagnas, toppings for pizza, pastries, and other recipes.
Our mission is to positioned in all the protein value chain to democratize the prices, so we have included a line extraction protein to produce pea and fava protein concentrate, starch, and other ingredients perfect for Plant-based products.
Our products and ingredients are 100% natural and additive free, we don't use genetically modified flour. Our aim is to contribute, within our possibilities as manufacturers, to a pleasant, convenient and economical diet.
