For more than two years, we are crafting irresistible plant-based cheese from local faba beans. We explore innovative technologies and unleash the full potential of organic ingredients and flavors. Our plant-based cheeses are certified organic and clean-label. Our plant-based melting cheese comes with a better Nutriscore than dairy Gouda, remarkable levels of omega-3 fatty acids and significantly higher protein content than other vegan cheeses.
