Ori di Sicilia was born in 1977 at the establishment
of Mazzarino, producing his inimitable goodness of
artisanal conventional bakery.
In 2016 they began to discover the Gluten Free sector,
of which immediately inspired by the creation of semi-finished powder products, with the fragrance and flavor
comparable to traditional ones.
The Gluten Free Mixes of Ori di Sicilia are unmistakable
thanks his carefully selected raw materials, the reason
why they’re so special is the care and passion he puts
into the production phase every day.
The Company has chosen to realize vary range of
powdered products, from the salty line to the sweet line
and now also to the Special line to give the costumer a
clear distinction and quality for each finish product they
will get with the goal to being satisfied and making his
work easier. Thanks to all this, she managed to create
a unique product in the Italian territory, the mixture
Oro Sfoglia dolce for the realization of a vegan and
obviously gluten-free croissant
